Operator and scope

Service and prices
The service is designed to turn two authorized reference photos into a 15-second, 720p AI video using ByteDance Seedance 2.0 Fast through Kie.ai. Choose portrait 9:16 or landscape 16:9. Packages contain 1 video credit for US$6.99, 3 for US$16.99 or 5 for US$24.99. Purchases are one-time payments with no subscription or automatic renewal. The final amount, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before payment.
Billing and credit validity
Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. They belong to the account used for purchase, are not transferable, and are service credits rather than currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash except under the refund rules below or applicable law. Credit validity does not mean uploaded photos or generated files are stored forever; see our privacy policy for storage information.
After payment is verified, your saved request may start automatically and reserve one credit. A credit is consumed when a video has passed the required content checks and is available to play and download in your account. Closing the browser does not cancel a submitted task. Use the same account to return to My videos; do not pay again merely because you closed the page.
Failed or undelivered videos
A confirmed technical generation failure does not consume a credit. Any reserved credit is returned automatically so you can submit another request without buying again. Restoring a credit is not a cash refund. Tasks with an uncertain status are investigated before another generation is submitted to avoid duplicate use. If a result cannot be delivered, including after content review, contact support for resolution and restoration of the reserved credit. An undelivered result is not counted as successful delivery.
If a technical problem prevents delivery and cannot be resolved, you may request a refund for the affected undelivered service instead of replacement credits. The amount is based on the actual amount paid for that service within the package. You cannot receive both a replacement credit and a cash refund for the same service; refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Refund eligibility
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment for a completely unused video pack. A pending generation must first be reconciled to establish whether any service was delivered. Because a saved request may start automatically after payment, your pack may no longer be completely unused when you request a refund.
Partly used packs and successfully delivered videos are not ordinarily eligible for a change-of-mind refund. Defective or undelivered services, duplicate charges and rights required by applicable law are assessed separately. AI results vary; exact likeness or a particular creative outcome is not guaranteed. This does not exclude remedies when a service fails to match its description.
How to request a refund and processing times
Email [email protected] with your order number, account email and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, CVV codes or account passwords.
We will respond within 3 business days. If more information or investigation is needed, we will explain the next step and expected timing. Once a refund is approved, we will submit it to the payment provider within 3 business days. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; the payment provider and your bank determine when the funds appear. We do not promise instant receipt. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable payment-provider requirements remain unaffected.
Your photos, results and content rules
This is a fictional, AI-generated entertainment service. Only submit photos you own or have permission to process, and obtain permission from the people depicted where required. Possessing a photo does not by itself establish permission to use someone's likeness. Do not impersonate, harass, deceive or infringe another person's rights. Do not present generated scenes as authentic footage of real events or falsely imply that a person made a statement, endorsed a product or participated in an event. AI outputs may contain errors. Commercial use must respect third-party rights; no exclusive copyright or guaranteed likeness is promised. Our content policy applies to inputs, video and audio outputs. Fictional styling does not exempt prohibited content from review.
Payment provider and current availability
Waffo Pancake processes checkout payments. A paid pack provides video credits; confirmed generation failures restore the reserved credit. Cash refunds require processing through the payment provider and are not automatic website credit returns.
Changes and support
Contact our support email above for billing, service or access problems. The purchase rules disclosed when you place an order govern that order, subject to applicable law. We will publish updates with a revision date; changes do not retroactively remove refund rights for existing purchases.
