Acceptable Use & Content Policy
This policy covers reference photos, template prompts, generated video and audio, and any content displayed by the product.
Prohibited content
- Sexual or pornographic material, including non-consensual intimate content.
- Violence or gore, including bloodshed, dismemberment, torture, abuse of people or animals, threats, incitement and self-harm. Fictional zombie styling is not permission to generate prohibited violence.
- Hateful attacks or promotion of discrimination and extremist violence.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation and other unsafe content involving children.
- Deceptive deepfakes, non-consensual impersonation, fraud or misleading depictions of real people.
- Material infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or likeness rights.
Fictional entertainment and permissions
This service creates fictional AI entertainment using fixed story templates. You must have the necessary photo and likeness permissions. Do not represent generated scenes as real events, statements or endorsements. Zombie styling does not exempt any result from the restrictions above.
Moderation before launch
The complete template prompt is screened with Waffo Prompt Sift before generation. Requests without an allow decision do not proceed. Gemini output review is currently disabled, so completed videos are not reviewed by Gemini before delivery. Prompt screening does not establish that video or audio outputs have been reviewed. The prohibited-content rules above still apply.
Reports and appeals
Send content reports and appeals to [email protected]. Reports should identify the relevant order or content link, describe the concern and provide contact details for follow-up. Please do not email illegal imagery or unnecessary personal data. Do not include API keys or payment-card details.
Handling violations — launch workflow to implement
Report prohibited results or appeal a decision using the support contact below, including the task reference. Reports and refund requests require operator handling. Restoring a video credit is not a cash refund.
